Operation Partnership: Trends and Practices in Law Enforcement and Private Security Collaboration

This 2009 report, based on a nationwide study for the U. S. Department of Justice, Office of Community Oriented Policing Services, provides guidelines for starting and strengthening law enforcement-private security partnerships.  Online training based on the Operation Partnership project is currently under development.
