This project involved a detailed information user needs analysis. ILJ documented all report processing and information flow, coordinated the design of the police MIS, assisted the city's data processing department in the acquisition of hardware, to ensure proper implementation, and provided technical assistance on developing a computer-assisted dispatch (CAD) system.
