Case Studies
The Institute for Law and Justice, with funding from the National Institute of Justice, is conducting the national evaluation of the Grants to Encourage Arrest Policies Program in situations of domestic violence against women. The Institute is also responsible for evaluating the law enforcement and prosecution components of the STOP Violence Against Women Program. This more general set of programs aims to reduce violence against women, domestic or other. The following case studies are representative of our efforts in both areas. While most involve domestic violence, others involve issues of sexual assault and other violence against women.
