Hotel and Travel

Hotel
The Wyndham Orlando Resort is offering the government per diem rate of $99 single/double occupancy per night, plus tax (12.5%).  Conference rates are available Friday, September 28 – Friday, October 5.  Reservations should be made directly with the hotel, by phoning 407-351-2420.  When making your reservation, ask for the ASCLD Attendee Block.  Our cut off date is Wednesday, August 29, 2007.  However, once the block is full, the hotel is no longer obligated to offer the reduced rate, so please register early. 

 Exhibitors may make hotel reservations directly by calling 407-351-2420.  A limited number of rooms are available to exhibitors Monday-Thursday, October 1-4, at the conference rate of $119 single/double occupancy per night, plus tax (12.5%).  You must mention the ASCLD Exhibitor block, to receive the negotiated rate.  Our cut off date is Wednesday, August 29, 2007.  However, once the block is full, the hotel is no longer obligated to offer the reduced rate, so please register early. 

Travel
Attendees are responsible for their own travel arrangements.  The Orlando International Airport (MCO) services the Orlando area.

Ground Transportation
