Tammy Nicholson Holt
Tammy Nicholson Holt provides technical assistance to the more than 240 local programs funded by the Executive Office for Weed and Seed, U.S. Department of Justice. She is also involved in research projects on racial profiling, information technology for the DC Metro Police Department, and other ILJ research initiatives. Her background includes work with misdemeanor and superior court, alternatives to incarceration programs, and experience as an investigator. She is adept in conducting Internet searches and has training in issues related to domestic violence and firearms violence. Ms. Nicholson Holt has an undergraduate degree in Sociology with a concentration in Criminal Justice from Norfolk State University and a Masters degree in Criminal Justice with a focus on Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice.
