Russell Wolff currently works primarily on the NIJ-funded National Evaluation of the Grants to Reduce Violent Crimes Against Women on Campus Program. He is also co-authoring a guidebook for law enforcement agencies on the use of call management strategies in support of community oriented policing for the Office of Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS). Other projects include a look at how law enforcement agencies serve arrest warrants. Since coming to ILJ, Mr. Wolff has also conducted an in-service training needs assessment survey of sworn personnel in the Washington, D.C., Metropolitan Police Department (MPDC). Mr. Wolff received his M.S. degree in Justice, Law and Society from The American University in Washington, DC. ()
