Lee Anne Garland works primarily on databases and tracking of statistical data for ILJ’s work at the DC Metropolitan Police Department and for other contracts. Her prior experience includes over two years designing, administering, and teaching others about databases. She has a B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies from Stephen F.
