Kelly Bradley works primarily on the training programs evaluation project where she is collaborating on the development of a model that will guide evaluations of criminal justice training activities supported by federal, state, and local funds. Dr. Bradley has expertise on the victimization of people with disabilities. Previously, she has conducted evaluations of programs for victims with special needs, and she has conducted research on the nature and extent of the victimization of people with developmental disabilities. She holds a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice from Temple University, and a Ph.D in Criminology, Law and Society from the University of California, Irvine. (kelly@ilj.org)
