Bruce Howell provides technical advice and expertise in the areas of migration, integration, re-hosting, new development, networking and system administration primarily for ILJ’s work at the DC Metropolitan Police Department. His prior experience includes over 17 years of developing and maintaining computer applications ranging from time accounting, personnel, payroll, banking, and mortgaging, to applications for research and engineering.
