ILJ provided technical assistance, as a subcontractor, to develop the research design and survey instruments for a nationwide assessment of private security. The project included reviewing the proliferation of private security guards, new security measures in private industry, and relationships between police and private security. ILJ also provided technical assistance in data collection and computer analysis of the findings.
