This was a study of communications and records operations in the Toledo Police Department with the aim of automating the system of handling calls for service and incident/offense report information. The final report presented a variety of feasible alternatives from a cost-benefit perspective. Technical assistance was also provided to design specifications for the system and develop a solicitation for hardware procurement.
