This project for the National Institute of Justice involves two research tracks. In the first track, ILJ researches legal and related materials (including reviews of legislation in the 50 states, court cases, research literature, bibliographies, and survey findings) for the Violence Against Women Act Office's Report to Congress. For the second track, ILJ is fielding studies of promising stalking projects. The field studies are currently being conducted in San Diego, San Jose, Colorado Springs, and Los Angeles.
