Communicating During the RFP Process

• Only authorized person should communicate with vendors

• Require inquiries in writing; respond in writing with copies to all vendors

• Address clarifications to RFP or changes in scope, schedule, or requirements

• Provide all vendors with exactly the same information at the same time
